At the end of each month, I will provide a statement that you can submit directly to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Coverage and reimbursement rates vary depending on your plan and provider, and I encourage you to check with your insurance company about your out-of-network benefits.
No Surprises Act
In keeping with the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of the cost of services before beginning treatment. This will be provided upon request or before our first session.
