People come with different needs,
at different moments.

What we focus on, and how we meet, can take shape over time.

Individual Psychotherapy

A space to think about your experience in a sustained and ongoing way.

You might come with something specific in mind, or with a more general sense of feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure.

Over time, certain patterns may begin to come into view. This can open space for greater understanding, and for things to shift in ways that feel meaningful.

Psychoanalysis

For some, meeting more frequently allows for a deeper and more continuous process.

This setting makes space to stay closely with what emerges over time, including the more subtle and complex aspects of experience.

It can open space for a deeper exploration of long-standing patterns and ways of relating, both to yourself and to the world around you.

Adolescents

Adolescence can be a time of significant change, both internally and in relation to others.

I meet with teens in a way that respects their growing independence, while also remaining attentive to the broader context of family and development.

At times, this may include communication with parents, with care taken to maintain the young person's sense of privacy and trust.

Relationships

Our closest relationships can be some of the most important places to understand ourselves.

Relationship therapy can be a space for two people to think together about what is happening between them, the patterns that have developed, and what each person's experience contributes to what unfolds.

This may include romantic partners, family members, a parent and child, close friends, or business partners.

Our focus will be not to assign blame, but to develop a deeper understanding of the relationship itself.

Consultation

Therapeutic relationships are complex and layered.

There is what is spoken, what is noticed, and what is felt but not yet thought. And there is what tends to linger long after the session ends.

Consultation can be a space to stay close to all of this. To think about your work with sustained attention and curiosity.

It can also be a place to think about your development as a clinician. What you are drawn to, what feels alive, and what it means to find a way of being with people that is genuinely your own.
